Normally, there are 4 parts, main material, EPE foam, PEVA, aluminium. So, actually, the cooler bag works mainly with EPE foam, PEVA and aluminum. These are the points we want to discuss today. |
PEVA or aluminum, due to the special material itself, it can keep the things cool or wam. For sure, it depends on customer’s request. If you choose PEVA, normally we use 13C~18C for the thickness. And if you choose aluminum, normally we use 20C~28C. You can see, there is some embossing on the surface, like dot, diamond. The embossing also can be customized, but there’s high plate charge needed I have to say |
Lastly, we have aluminum compositing with EPE foam, normally we have 2mm~3mm for the thickness. This is specially used for some gift or promotion products. |
